This is a scan of a print, which explains the not great quality (click to enlarge).
Notice the playground in the background. In the same immediate area, there's a water park, outdoor pool, soccer field & 11 ball fields. This means one-stop recreation for families. According to HRM rec coordinator Blair Blakeney, "Putting the skatepark beside the playground has proved to be a great mix... many parents bring their younger children from the playground to watch the action at the skatepark... I haven't received any complaints."
