Every person - every young person - makes a difference. And every action counts! Not only do we make a difference as unique individuals and together- but we can choose what kind of difference we want to make and what actions we want to take...
HeartWood is inviting youth (15-18 years old) to attend one of Atlantic Canada’s best leadership experiences!
AYLC provides the opportunity for youth to come make a bunch of new and supportive friends and challenge themselves to develop, learn, and put into practice the skills necessary to be their personal best. By the end of this journey, they'll realize they have limitless potential to create positive changes in their life, their community and beyond.
This 7-day leadership training is a fun and creative journey where youth will meet others from across the province to explore self-leadership, group leadership, leadership in the community, and leadership in the outdoors. This program will give youth the first hand opportunity to get involved and build their skills to take action back home and much, much, more!
